ERW

A new science of getting healthier with ER water.

Introduction: Electrochemically Reduced Water is beneficial for health

Electrolyzed Reduced Water ( ERW ) is water that has been exposed to an electric current called Electrolysis which separates the charged particles. Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW) produced near the cathode during water electrolysis exhibits high pH, high concentration of dissolved hydrogen and an extremely negative redox potential.

Several findings indicate that ERW had the ability of a scavenger of free radicals, which results from hydrogen molecules with a high reducing ability and may participate in the redox regulation of cellular function. Reduced waters are expected to have preventive and positive effects on oxidative stress-related diseases such as diabetes, cancer, arteriosclerosis, neurodegenerative diseases, and side effects of hemodialysis.

During ionization, positively-charged ions are drawn to the negative electrode. Negatively-charged ions are drawn to the positive electrode. Ions with a positive charge like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium raise the pH and produce alkaline water. Negative ions including phosphorous, chlorine, and sulfur lower the pH and produce acidic water. As we learned from Japanese people, both types of water are beneficial when used in specific ways.

Overview of Research on

Electrolyzed Reduced Water

Japanese call it "KANGEN"

Some call it as "Hydrogen Water"

We want to call it as "Aqua - Ionized "
